My driver/son blew a trailer tire just before Bell Fourche under a load of cattle. I called and they said they would get right on it as soon as he pulls in. They had him in and out very quickly.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful people. I was test driving a car and the tire had a pretty bad leak in it. I told them about the situation and they squeezed me in immediately. They were so busy as well. So i am very grateful for them. ♥️ thank you so much!

SAVED US! First of all, came in off the road with our RV and we were instantly greeted with smiles and offered cold water (it was 102°) then immediately got our truck in to check out the tires. Turns out our back tire was about to explode. They got us fixed right away and back on the road in no time! So thankful for places like this on our journey 😁

I never leave reviews, but since the new owners have decided that I already have, here we go. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my life. I was a lifetime customer, but no more and I wouldn't recommend them to my nemesis. We buy tires and have tire repairs throughout every year and at the end of 2024 we had them put tires on everything that we owned that didn't already have new tires. The customer service is the worst that we have ever experienced and apparently the new owners didn't buy this business with any tire experience. Kelly is the only good thing that they have going. When they did our new tires, their untrained and inexperienced staff left deep gouges in every single wheel they touched. They did agree to and delivered two new rims but this was a small fraction of the

A+++. One of best service shops I have worked with. Tire blew on our motorhome outside of town around 4pm. We were so fortunate to find a shop open later than 5pm. When we called it was refreshing to hear someone say "no problem bring it in". In my experience, most other places would say "slammed, too late, etc" so thanks again for keeping us moving on our trip to Deadwood.
