NAPA Auto Parts - Priest River Auto Parts

These guys were awesome. I had actually broke down in the parking lot and had to be towed. I explained the situation to the guys inside and they were very accommodating. Allowed my kiddos to use restroom. It was the best place we could've broke down at. Lol

Terrible customer service order parts from them.They didn't have all the parts, so I paid for all the parts told them I'd pickup the other parts in Rathdrum, melissa screwed up, ordered the parts to go up to priest river and now, when I went to pick them up, they're not in rathdrum. Not to mention, they can't even call the priest river store and coordinate properly to figure out what parts they're supposed to have in rathdrum to fulfill my order. What a jokeCorporate needs to do something about this. How can their computer systems not communicate?This is the twenty first century.

Order a part over 100 dollars asked the older guy if he would look and see if I ordered the right part. I had it with me . He said no ma’am I won’t look. I said I just want to make sure before I leave so I don’t have to come back. He refused said you ordered it and that’s what you get. So much for a second pair of eyes on something to help a girl out. Poor customer service . Could have at least looked and told me it looks right. Won’t be coming back Pattie’s action auto would have taken the 2 seconds .

V & V Yard Care Services mowed here for Nathan Fobert, the manager a few times this year months ago. Still waiting to be paid..... Nathan Fobert has done almost nothing apparently to try and get us paid, hasn't returned emails or phone calls.

James at Priest River Napa Auto Parts saved our vacation today! We needed, what turned out to be, several last minute parts for a rental travel trailer. We went to 4 different stores and James was finally able to help us. He went above and beyond to get us rolling. He is truly a good person and a great employee! Thank you so much!
