Custom service as it was meant to be! I LOVE being able to shop local and family owned. So many mom N pop shops are being driven out by the takeover of big corporate. Patti's is still around because it's clear they care and are truly there to help. Need that "one part" nobody will have? Patti probably will! Dan went out of his way to go above and beyond helping me with things involving my rig breaking down. Neighbors helping neighbors!

Customer service at it's finest! I was warmly greeted and after I found out they didn't stock the sandbags I was looking for, the young gentleman asked his mother where to find them. She called and found the closest place. I was made to feel valued even though I wouldn't be purchasing from them that day. I live 20+ miles away but I assure you ANY parts I ever need will be purchased there. They have my loyalty for sure! Thank you Patti's Action Auto!!

Hands down one of the best parts stores around especially if you're looking for older parts for tractors chances are they've got it on the shelf their employees are always super nice and helpful so happy to have such a good parts store in the small town if it's a part I need for a vehicle or anything else if they have it I buy it from them

Patti is the greatest! We had an issue with a part a while back. When I called and asked for Patti, she went above and beyond to make it right. When we need cat parts, she's been the first place we go for years. Precisely because of the personal service, we will always choose Patti's Action Auto!
