So was locked out of my car today! As both my auto keys batteries had quit..On star unlocked my car ..So headed down the hwy. remembered Reilly had new store in Pruest river..pulled in and a rep named John said I can help you and in minutes Had my batteries changed and made sure they worked! Service with a smile! Glad that we are lucky to have the new store and polite service rep John..Thank you !!!

The crew at priest river orielly's did me a solid. Helped my diagnose a bad alternator and got me up and running. They care for their patrons. I appreciate a parts store that is willing and able to help find a fix!

I went there for a problem with my car sometimes not starting. Al figured out the part I needed after being at 2 other places. My husband put the part in and I've had no issues since. This guy is so nice and experienced. He knows what the problem is and figures it. So much time and money saved by dealing with him. Thank you
