Very helpful staff, Ryan got the price that was online for a battery operated lantern/flashlight in the brand that was not available at any other local store. When I arrived in a downpour, he was nice enough to run out with it since I was having a temporary disability. The product worked perfectly and was a replacement for the old one I had for over 10 years. Not just auto parts at Napa! He was patient and considerate.

Every member from the old show Cheers works there and it's a hoot. These guys and Jacob at Olympic Tire are all anyone needs when your vehicle takes your man card. They get it back for ya:) and get ya back on the road quick.

I stopped in to get new wiper blades. Just as it dawned on me that I had no idea which ones fit my car, the fellow behind the counter offered to help. He found the info, let me select the blades and offered to put them on for me. I’ve done it tons of times, so I declined his offer. In the parking lot, the first blade replacement was quick. The second was soundly stuck. I moved to the third, but by then my hands were so cold, they hurt. The fellow came out and kindly finished the job. He had to work pretty hard to get the one, but he did it all, in the cold, with steady cheerfulness. I didn’t get his name. The receipt says “emp 5”. Thanks #5. You guys are always great, but you went above and beyond. Rocked my day 😊

Came in for a break light and ended up not being able to leave the parking lot due to a fuse issue. Ryan and Brandon spent the better part of an hour troubleshooting and helping me through it. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people who don’t judge your lack of car knowledge.
