Wouldn’t know what in store means if they tried. In store doesn’t mean it has to be delivered to the store and take all day to get there… Just use any other auto store, because when they say in store it means it’s actually in the store, Napa doesn’t understand that apparently

I went to 4 automotive stores near NAPA looking for a part. Either they had a variation that would not fit OR they had no idea what I was talking about. When I walked into NAPA I said it would be a miracle if they had my part. They said... WE HAVE IT... and you know what... THEY DID! Courteous and Expedient. Will ALWAYS go there FIRST from now on! Keep up the good work guys!

Everyone one is an auto enthusiasts of some sort, a few have custom cars of their own many years of experience, willing to help find what you need even if they don't offer it

I started using them a little over a year ago found them better than most of my local auto parts stores prices all seem to be within a dollar of each other but their staff is much more helpful
