Went in to have a hose made. Once they got around to helping me, I had to assist to make sure the new fittings were the right size, then the machine quit and the house nearly didn't get made. I would have been better off if it hadn't. It cost twice as much as the 2 identical hoses I had pt hose and bearing make me a week later. No wonder he didn't mention the price before running my card. Only reason for two stars is that the hoses haven't blown yet.

I was about to lose my license plate! The kind gentleman matched up my last remaining bolt and gave me the three I needed to avoid losing the plate or getting a ticket. Thank you so much

Nice people. Took longer than expected as he looked up the correct antifreeze. Couldn't decide whether to give him a 4 or 5. Great service.

Ross was completely incompetent, I probably said Ford Crown Victoria from five times and he kept pulling up a different car. The people here are obviously incompetent, I was trying to get spark plugs and wires but they're too dumb to figure it out so I have to drive out of town to get the parts.
