Most worthless bunch of counter jockeys I’ve ever had the dis pleasure of dealing with. Can’t get them to ever answer the phone on the weekends period. And once I called from Parking lot and could see thru the doors to guys talking acting like the phone wasn’t ringing, as I walked in still calling phone ringing. Just simply the shittiest napa service I’ve ever experienced. Plainview or Kasson are 10 times the store this one could ever be!!

Came in late on a Friday near closing and they were able to get us a hydraulic line made up in no time! Fit perfect. Thank you very much for your help and getting our truck rolling again on a busy Friday night! Business to business, we thank you!

It's not open due to staffing issues. How are we supposed to know this before driving in to the store. Says it should be open on the front door.

Great customer service! Even checked all the spark plug boxes to ensure I had all 16 for my truck. Since I have to take the wheels off to replace them on my ram 1500 and subsequently would not be able to drive back to the store to get more, I really appreciated the fact he was thorough. Thanks Napa employee!

Service was outstanding. The manager assisted his employee in a very professional timely manor. The manager knew what I was looking for and made sure my setup would except what I was buying without changing the hookup
