Conveniently located off the beaten path before it gets busy. The guy that helped me talked to me like an actual person. He was professional and knowledgeable which was nice. I thought the prices were a bit high to start with but the guy helping me was able to help get the price down on the rotors. The quality of the parts I got though seemed better than what I'm used to getting.

I needed a part. I called and they had it. I was able to get there but no room for a truck and trailer. I managed to get turned around and went in for my part..I had a card issue, no fault of theirs , but was there a little more than an hour. Staff was great. Talked trucks while I was there. Thank u.

The manager Armando is amazing ! Had car troubles on my way from Grand Rapids to Saginaw . My car cut off on me, started up the next day then died after trying to drive it for 5 minutes to a better location, and it died right in front of Napa. From my insurance I was quoted at 900$ for a tow back to GR :( ANYWHO I explained everything that was going on with my car . Not only did Armando recognize my power steering was electric , unlike the mechanic my insurance company sent, but he also checked my battery multiple times and then diagnosed the problem ! Along with all this he offered me a same day fix ! He literally found the problem , and fixed it, was friendly , polite and helpful the entire time ! Our customer service young man was excellent both times we have stopped to get Oil and filters.. very friendly and knowledgeable.. Excellent service..he deserves a raise !!!!! Don't remember his name but do remember he drives a lifted suburban...come on NAPA give him a raise !! Great employees are hard to come by these days !!
