NAPA Auto Parts - SANEL AUTO PARTS - CONCORD, NH

We are still restoring an older car, while I personally have not been there, my boyfriend has a few times and they're extremely helpful and do great work. We've had a lot of bee blasting done on some old parts and they come out great. They might be the only Napa location left south of Concord New Hampshire that does this work. I could see some of the engine blocks waiting for pickup on the counter and it's really impressive the work they turn out. Mac and the guys are great!

I own a 2001 Toyota Camry ce 2.2l i4 took the head in for a shave to flatten out again and some new parts and to check the cams again was originally told 3-4 days on the 4th day I called they didn't even start on it and said they probably wouldn't get to it until the 7th day of it being there and got it back on the 9th day very happy with the price and the work looks absolutely fantastic and the guy did the work deserves a raise seriously only reason you get 4 instead of 5 is I was told 3-4 days and got it back on the 9th day

Everyone here is very helpful and there is never a wait.

I’m sorry to do this but it’s necessary and old. It’s basically uncool to have fun disrespecting the Dasher because they are not the actual customer. Specifically, upon retrieving item, giving ambiguous directions in the back of the warehouse where one tiny item is on a shelf, knowing the Dasher won’t find it, then having a laugh and being cocky about asking to retrieve it for me. One of two kids working the counter on Thursday 3/7 is bad for your business. He would not have done this to the customer, why do it to me?
