I came to Napa in Concord to get some brakes for a car. My local store is in Franklin.. I wanna say that Richard has the worst customer service ethics that I’ve probably ever saw in my life. He was very standoffish not helpful at all. He did not want to communicate with my local store where I have an account.. He chose to call corporate Who, as we all know is unplugged and only sit in the office and does not handle the day-to-day transactions like the members at the counter. Dealing with Richard, and whoever the lady was on the other end of the phone made me so uncomfortable. I would never shot with Napa again. They actually laughed and shared a joke at my expense.. That was rude and very unprofessional, Rich being a senior citizen should be glad that he even has a job and you would think

I just left the sandals store by the airport in Concord I wanted to buy impact socket the price on the tag on the rack was $17 and change when I brought it to the counter to pay for it the guy tried to charge me $25 and change. I explained to the gentleman that the price was marked $17 and change and he said yeah we haven't had time to update the prices. The same thing happened to me this winter with antifreeze they charge me $20 for a gallon of pre-mixed antifreeze when it was $13 marked on the Shelf. They could care less I'm not a very big customer but now I'm not a customer at all I'll never go back to sandals and check the prices before you pay!

least helpful people on earth. they were somehow confused when i said i bought brakes from them, asked me who i got them from, and i repeated i got them from NAPA, and then couldn’t find my order even though i know i got it from them, literally no help whatsoever

They're counter help is clueless, they're parts selection is very limited and "they can't find help". This company has done a complete 180 from years ago. When calling get left on hold for 15 mins then hung up on. Only recommend if you want to buy wipers or air freshners.
