Store wasn't open 2:58 pm DEC 31 2025 despite reported holiday hours from the web Just tried calling 11:14 AM Jan 1 2026. Customer service helpline not open. :(
I had a bad experience buying a radiator online from Napa. I bought it in January and had it installed three days later. Unfortunately, the radiator split at the top of the tank three months later. After going back and forth through email with Napa, I was finally able to get a warranty on the radiator. Six months later, I was able to get a refund because the previous radiator that was sent didn’t fit.
Alex and Quinn extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Great management, very clean store. Friendly environment, came in quick & left with exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend this Napa location. Ask for mike at your next visit!
Very friendly and helpful bunch. Bought my mower there years ago. No complaints. Someone new bought it. Unfortunately, they didn't keep Snapper lawnmowers.
