Bought a battery on 3/20/25. Battery is completely dead and tried to exchange it today 9/27/25. Only a six month warranty. Don't waste your time with Napa Batteries.

purchased battery from this location 2 weeks later in cold weather i find myself having to jump start car. I brought battery back to return or exchange and was denied. This battery is trash and only would suit someone with a pair of jumper cables. There service is trash for not understanding. There 100% satisfaction on products is false advertisement. Buyer beware do your self a favor and shop somewhere else.

NAPA has great costumer service! I came in for parts and the auto technicians John and Bob were very helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed for car. They had all parts in stock which was a big plus as I was crunched for time. I would recommend if you need parts shop here first.
