NAPA Auto Parts - SMITHFIELD

Brian and Lance made my day finding a very hard to find parts for my cars and selling me some much needed tools. These guys are some of the best in the biz. I own and operate Premier Z Performance here in Smithfield and I can learn a thing or two from these guys customer service skills. They are GREEEEAT!

We just stopped in at 10 AM on December 22, 2022 and the young lady in the store was amazing. We needed new windshield wipers, so she walked my husband over to the section and helped select the proper windshield wipers and then came out with him and put them on for him in the rain. Outstanding customer service, we are very thankful and hope this employee gets recognized for her great customer service skills.

I usually go to Garner to get auto paint, but this location does not carry auto paint. The staff was super friendly even though they did not have what I was looking. They did however direct me to the stores in the area that do carry auto paint.

Went here to get a simple bolt with lock washers and nut. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but the crew help me look for my item and shared another location that may have it sock. First time here and they seem to have good customer communication.
