An older gentleman named Brad is a very rude and uncooperative person. He is quite ignorant when it comes to car-related matters. I don’t understand how Napa can have someone so unpleasant and ill-intentioned working there. It seems as if he were there against his will, as if he were constantly being scolded — if you know what I mean. It’s unpleasant to speak with this person.
They had the correct oil i needed for my car after I couldn't find it at any of the other parts stores.
Store is always helpful and has good customer service
Frankly, I love coming here. No long lines. Order it online and grab it here. And they turn wrenches so they are a resource.
I had a battery die prematurely. I stopped by this store and the manager, Martin, took care of the issue like a seasoned professional. He assessed the situation, procured a new battery and Tony installed quickly, super service,
