When you go out of your way to explain to a customer already being serviced by a coworker what the date is and that people go to the meat store to buy meat and the flower store to buy flowers as if it’s all some esoteric information indiscernible to the masses, you’re already well past due for retirement. If you aren't getting your parts from NAPA, and you continue to go to Autozone or Advanved, you're doing it wrong. The guys at Napa know what they are doing, and will do whatever they can to help you find the part you need. I've called to get parts ordered, and have had them call me back 20-30 minutes later, telling me they were able to find it either cheaper, or faster, and that should let you know that they care about you as a customer, because they're still trying to help you out, even after you've hung up. These guys sell quality parts, for a reasonable price. They may not be as cheap as the other guys, but you won't be replacing the same sensor every six months, either.

Always has the parts I need. Their staff is educated and they seem to really know what they are selling. There's never a line and it's way better than the large chain stores that you usually have to deal with in town. I would recommend this to anyone who was buying car parts for do-it-yourself repairs.

I came in recently for some 80W-90 gear oil and oil filters and the staff were able to help me get the items I needed. The shelves were well stocked too! I’ll be back again.

Who's the olD POS behind the counter who was unwilling to help me because he knew I walked over from Orellieys? I only needed a $2 part and he refused to look,and said no we dont have it! 15seconds in and out .. obvious his little game!
