Their website's description was blatantly wrong. Their employee gave me bad information. I have to suffer the cost, in time and money, of hours of travel. My business has to suffer the cost, in time and money lost from the setback of not having that truck ready when it needed to be. They seem to be fine with that! Didn't entertain any notion that they should provide me the parts that their employee and website both said were included. There's little reason left to order parts from places like this. Called to order a hub and wheel assembly, but I was sending someone in to pick them up, so I had the feller on the phone verify that they contained necessary components, as the website claimed they did. Called tinks as we headed into town. Made it all the way there. Looked inside while on hold. Left and still no answer or customer service while inside. They didn't have the part. Thankful I just went in otherwise I would still be on hold. Only 2 cars in the lot. Poor customer service skills. This is why small local businesses are losing to Amazon. We won't be back.

They literally fronted me a starter, not knowing me.Brought the starter down to the part shop.So I could get an emergency starter replaced.And after it was done they expected me to go back there and pay them. I did and I appreciate the trust Napa.You got some good guys Working here at this Cedar City location. I will say walking in there's a little bit intimidating with everyone standing there.Looking at you , but as long as you got a hidden hog , you'll be good.
