NAPA Auto Parts - TriGreen Equipment

My dad recently took our line trimmer to have it repaired under warranty. The trimmer was suppose to have a 5 year residential warranty. My dad was told that there would be a $56 dollar charge and that that particular repair wouldn't be covered. The owner didn't charge for the repair in the end but was rude. This will be the last item we buy from this store.

We were leaving Guntersville heading back home to Tuscaloosa and our belt and a pulley broke on my car. These people brought the parts to us so quick. I had called orileys and they were going to call us back we called napa paid over the phone they brought them to us we fixed it and was on the road for a good 30 minutes before orileys called back. I will always buy napa from here on out

Called here looking for an 07 dodge grand caravan alternator, told him my engine size and guy swears only 08 model has that... yeah take your business to Albertville autozone folks... I'm now 300 dollars in the hole on a 20 minute repair I started a week ago

The worst place to get or to have your lawn mower or anything worked on!! Charge way to much to get my lawn mower fixed!!; 😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡
