Holy cow. Jose here was absolutely useless and unwilling to help find a solution for a simple brake hose. I've used NAPA for 30 years, and this store for about 10. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Go someplace else until the employees revert back to how helpful they used to be. Thanks for nothing NAPA.

I ordered two abs lines ,. I go there and they only have one ! They send me to the Burbank location, to pick the other one up, they don't even have it ! They send me back to your van nuys location , wasting more time and gas ! You guys weren't even apologetic at all! Jose the manager is the rude individual I felt with .... Such a shame his customer service skills are that bad ....

Best option for auto parts other than the stealership. Forget autozone duralast junk it won’t last. Not only do they have better parts but they are much more knowledgeable and helpful. Although…. I called a couple weeks ago and there was a new guy on the phone with a heavy accent and he was not knowledgeable or helpful. He was confused and over his head and told me to call the dealership for the parts even though I then went online and saw that they had the part in stock. So note to this store, this new guy is not good for business. He had maybe an Iran or Middle East accent. The black guy and Hispanic guy that have worked there forever more than make up for the new guy though.
