High prices and slow service. It’s located in industrial Park and the GPS took me to the wrong lane. I called to confirm that the shop was actually located there and was immediately put on hold. After waiting extended time on hold I Finally hung up after not being answered.I drove around and I Found the shop was in a different lane than the GPS was indicating. They had a large staff of at least five of these guys, however there was only one guy at the cash register and he was on the phone for 10 minutes. I know a small shop can’t compete with Home Depot and Amazon prices but I thought Over $13 for 1 quart of oil was outrageous. The same quart of motor oil at Home Depot was under nine dollars. Great staff and service at this location. I went in at noon to purchase an item that was in stock. While there, I asked about some unique fasteners that were not in stock, however, they were able to get them delivered to that location by 4pm the very same day!!! Went back in and picked the up fasteners at 4pm with no issues. Got my project done :) Friendly and knowledgeable folks!

I ordered a brake caliper 10/20 at 9am. My receipt said it will be available on Monday 10/24. I got a call on 10/20 saying it takes 5 days to get the part because its coming from Buffalo. After waiting 8 days I made my 8th phone call to inquire if my part was in. I was told that Buffalo sent the wrong part. I got plenty of "I cant tell you were the part is" and "Sorry". I give up. I'm going to order it from ROCK AUTO, AUTOZONE, or AMAZON all 3 are way better options. Napa was SUPPOSED to be the quickest but.... their website arrival times are far from reality. The store staff know enough to tell people it takes 5 business days so why does the website say 3???. DO BETTER (but for someone else not me again ever) Online order #27683228

Bought a battery for my car here online. The website said it would be delivered to my house maybe 3 miles away the next day. It showed up not only same-day but within the hour. I've had pizzas that didn't arrive that fast. I'll definitely be buying from here again.
