NAPA in Ontario, NY is a great store that has a lot of items in stock. The team members are great and very knowledgeable. If you can't find what is needed in store, the online experience is also great. I am typically working on projects that are custom and can almost always find what I need. The quality of the parts are typically better than what you receive at competing stores.

This location used to be great. Not anymore. Most helpful individuals have left or are no longer at this location. Recently have had incorrect part after incorrect part, parts not delivered at all. employees have changed account and messed up billing. Delivered to wrong location. Been told parts don’t exist just to call another Napa location and find that it’s in stock not only at that location but also in stock at this location where I originally called. Also been put on hold for extended periods of time and been forgotten about several times just to hang up and call back again to get a response. Mainly an employee issue. Extremely poor customer service with exception to 2 employees.

Parker!! Watch out for that guy!! He'll take wallet!!...lol.. Parker is a great person. He is leaning always going the extra distance. Not afraid to do research. Never ever is a bad mood! Very polite! He has done a fine job and always happy to see me throws out the welcome mat. Enough about Parker everyone there is fantastic to work with. I will always go there don't mind spending the extra money or time. Please .. please!! keep up the FANTASTIC work!!
