I have visited this place many times in the past, I was usually met with unfriendly stares, employees would make me wait even though there was no one in line. Today was different, today I felt like I was their #1 priority. The gentleman took my battery, diagnosed the problem and was so kind to call me as soon as he finished working on it. 5/5 One thing which I don't particularly like about NAPA is their warranty. I've had tremendous problems with my car battery, which has been practically living connected to a charger and I would still not be able to start my car after driving for a bit. (no it's not the alternator - got it checked ). Anyways, back to the story, other places if you want to exchange a product such as a troublesome battery, they do it right away instead of performing test
