11/12/2025 My husband was given a choice of ordering a Rebuild Mass Air Flow or a NEW ONE, he chose the new one which cost $160.88 (with tax). He put the Mass Air Flow in that next weekend but continued to have trouble with the truck. He gave the truck a tuneup and then kept tinkering with the truck for the next several weeks as he kept trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He thought that it couldn't be the Mass Air Flow as that was a brand-new part! He finally gave up and brought the truck to a Bothell Mechanic shop for them to troubleshoot the issue, and they found that the NEW Mass Air Flow from NAPA didn't work and so the mechanic switched it out for an ACTUAL NEW ONE! Picked up an online order of a battery. Needed a tool to install it. The store was empty and the clerk refused to help me install the battery or even care to provide me with the proper tools. Absolutely worthless. I will not be coming to Napa ever again. O'Reilly's had no problem helping me install a battery and had exceptional customer service. I will be returning the battery and taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure why this place is still open. Called ahead and asked for a part, when they said they had it in stock, I drove right over. Place looked abandoned, no one around. After calling out twice, one of the goblin men made an appearance, hardly acknowledged me. I told him I'd just called and mentioned the part, and after the laziest, half-hearted "poking around" for three minutes in the same two shallow baskets, he produced "a" part - not "the"part I had needed, but "a" wrong part, which of course I wouldn't figure out until I got home. Now I have to drive back to Woodinville to get a refund in under 30 days. Avoid this place. It's dead from within.
