National Auto Stores

What can I say... There are only two places to purchase auto supplies in Kutztown and National has a better selection and better prices... But they could not have worse customer service. Time and time again I have gone to National as a last resort and been reminded why I don't go there. The sales people have been rude to me and insulted my knowledge - likely because I don't appear to be a "car person". I avoid this place if at all possible.

Gave a free battery test, came back to buy the battery and some accessories but no one was available to help me install the battery as I just moved here and have no tools, so I left without buying anything and went to a differient store instead who got me sorted no problem. I suppose this business did not want mine.

Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have what I need, they always get it for me day or two.
