National Car Rental

I travel for work a lot, so I rent a lot of cars. I’m an Executive level renter at National. I’m familiar with the system and understand things go wrong. But this branch has still really disappointed me. Make sure all billing is correct prior to your departure. Despite their manager’s assurances that they “will fix it,” they won’t. And then they won’t call back. Been trying to get a call back about a duplicate charge after returning a car due to mechanical issues for two weeks. Charged for two cars even though I only took one. No emails back, no calls back, through the branch or through customer service. Now I have to try and dispute it through my corporate card. Total mess. Watch out here.

Easy in and easy out. Staff is professional and helpful. I have been using this location for years and I look forward to my rentals from here because it makes traveling seamless. Staff is great with returning cars as well!

I have had consistently excellent customer experiences with National Car Rental at Bradley International Airport. I recently rented a Mercedes SUV for ten days. Quality car. Top notch service from National representatives. Easy pickup and return.

I am local to BDL and have used the National at this location many many times. I am a Emerald member and have always had nothing but good experiences here, most recently with an extended rental due to an issue with my personal vehicle being in for repairs. Vehicle choice is generally great, with numerous options to suit most needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful and since the space is shared between National and its partner companies, the staff can generally locate something different if you aren't seeing the vehicle you want (at least that has been my experience using Emerald Aisle). I have been able to walk out, get into a vehicle I wanted and be through the exit gate in less than 10 minutes on a good day....but it never takes long even during peak travel times. Also, on two
