The team at the Charlotte NC has been a good shop to carry our equipment to. Alyssa Thompson is a wonderful Service Advisor she knows her customers as well as the job great job explaining the defect what it will take to repair. You have new Service Manager David has come in and hit the ground running. The guys in the shop are on there job. Road Service aways on time and spot on!

I needed a tractor protection valve replaced, I got a gladhand. When I pointed out the mistake he took the TPV off and said you don’t need that. I told him to go get the part and he did. I had just bought the truck so this was my first issue as an O/O. 1st lesson not to trust mechanics to understand and do the job as expected. Nice guy but nice doesn’t fix a truck. I wasn’t charged for the second time he came out to truck to fix the original issue.

We have used National Fleet in Charlotte a couple different times. They have reasonable response times, the technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful & Setting up appointments has been smooth. The last job we had them work on they were there ahead of schedule and completed the repair quicker than I expected. They know their business and how to treat their customers.

Well if you ever need a truck worked on. Sure as heck don't take it national fleet management on boulder Rd Greensboro. Said they had it fixed paid 10335.00 drive it 3 hours same issue. They had me tow it back. Called today said it was fixed Now they want another 11500. 1st repair 6 injectors,which was just replaced less than 1000 miles ago. 2nd repair a heui pump guess that didn't fix it either. So now they put a computer in it. I also asked for my old injectors back since they where basically new. Diesel equipment in Greensboro said they send them back to Delphi for testing. Lord behold these guys sent them back as cores. So that cost me 4000 more. I did not pay the last bill and left the truck there. It's been a long time since I showed my butt. I did not either today.
