Navarre VinFast

I’ve had my Vinfast VF8 for a few months now and I never thought I’d have an electric car, but Navarre may have converted me fully. Excellent service, helpful with all of my questions and even made me feel special with a red carpet photo after signing! I highly recommend them if you’re in the market and want to help save the environment :)

This is NOT the location to take your car for service. The tech there, named Phillip is hands down the worst automotive technician that I've ever encountered and I've dealt with the entire range of car dealers and services. This place will lie to scum you into bringing the car there for service and promptly put it on the back burner, ignoring all forms of communication and neglecting the car in the process. They don't know what they are doing, but worst part is they won't admit it and keep the car for extended periods of time, likely billing the brand for attempted incompetence. My car came back after 3 months in service completely ruined, with plastics broken, fasteners lose, tools left sloshing around the pedal area. I purchased Vf 8 plus in beautiful blue! Sales, mgmt, Fiance, service made it so easy! The Red Carpet Picture was just the icing on the cake that this dealership actually cares for there customers.
