NCC Muffler & Brakes Inc

I had a great experience at NCC Muffler. I recently upgraded my vehicle to a tighter, lower suspension (only about 1/4 inch of clearance), and since it’s an older car, I expected the possibility of parts rattling loose. Unfortunately, there’s a huge rut in the road on Bannister Road west of 71 Hwy (if you know, you know), and it completely wrecked my exhaust system. I only had one day off this week, so I needed a muffler shop that could get me in fast. Chris at NCC didn’t bat an eye, he got me scheduled that same morning and took care of everything. The service was quick, professional, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend NCC Muffler for their reliability and great customer service!

Mr. John gives straight-forward updates with no b.s. and I respect that, entirely. The man makes sure you're taken care of. Thank you NCC crew! Great group of guys, I pulled in out of the blue with a hanging exhaust pipe needing repair asap. Damian skipped leaving for lunch to get me back on the road faster. Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend

Had a Check Engine Light flash and stay on. Took the vehicle to a mechanic I had used, and he provided me with an estimate. I felt I should do my due diligence, so I asked around at my place of employment, for any mechanic suggestions, and was told to check out NCC. He called the shop for me, talked with the owner, and was told to bring the car by the next day (today), and he would make the repairs. I took it in this morning, and about 3 hours later they called, and had made the repairs (tune-up - plugs and coil packs). My car has never run as smoothly and accelerated as quickly as it does now. The cost of the repair (which was also a scheduled maintenance item) was nominal compared to the benefit of knowing that I did not have to fear a solid or flashing Check Engine Light in the foreseea

Took in truck for safety inspection and turned I needed upper and lower ball joints on both sides. They got it done in less than a day and did great work. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.
