I placed an order for a rearview mirror, which was shipped promptly and arrived quickly; however, it was damaged upon arrival. I contacted customer service via email and provided photos, to inquire about the next steps for an insurance claim. They responded promptly and sent a replacement mirror, which arrived within two days in excellent condition. I am very pleased with this company's commitment to customer satisfaction and their support after the sale. I will certainly consider using their services again in the future, and highly recommend them. Thank you so much!!

Stay away from this place. I have spent thousands of dollars here on their overpriced items and them not crediting me for item they claimed never came in the mail was the last draw. If you buy Ford Think parts they markup 300% on average. If you want all of their supplies message me, I will save you tons of money on Amazon and other suppliers. They sell brake master cylinder $115, same one on Amazon $38. lol . Comical
