Horrible experience. Left my car windows completely down on a zero degree winter day, keys in the ignition and car stuck in neutral which killed my battery. Car was filthy when they brought it back to me. Every person I spoke to was extremely nasty and rude. If AAA sends your request to this place, I suggest cancelling it until they call someone else.

I worked 8-8pm at an ER in Boston took me 2 hours to get to work I left at 6 in heavy snow. Came home to 5 degree weather, will-20 windchill and my parking spot unplowed with 11 inches of snow. I tried to get my shovel out and my trunk was frozen so I saw other cars parked in the street and figured it must be okay. Woke up to my car missing - called this towing company they didn’t care at all basically said “ not my problem”. Came to get my car this guy told me he has to go to Gloucester with his child at the towing place meanwhile he’s taking more calls and letting people come pick up their cars. My car was parked so close to another car I got dirt all over my jacket and their parking lot isn’t even plowed. This was an actual joke- I am an emergency responsder and I had to go to work and

Unfortunately , like many of these folks in the review section, I had a horrific experience with Ariel after calling AAA to help with my battery. He was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Not only was he rude, but he was unhelpful. This person needs to get a different job if this is how they are showing up daily- rude , moody, absolutely no customer service skills and 0 help in coming up with a solution. Do better

The people employed here are terrible. They constantly throw trash out their window onto my property driving down our street. They act as if they don’t know how to drive with two cars on a road. One truck ran me off the road and I got stuck just because he couldn’t fit past me.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Ariel came to start up my battery and when I said I had to run in and grab my keys because I was in a rush and forgot them, he said and I quote ‘Are you for real bro.’ He proceeded to give me attitude the entire service. Absolutely atrocious.
