Great people but communication is the worst I have ever experienced. My truck has been there about 5-6 times. Went in to fix my smoking def filter and an oil change,plus fuel filters instead they did a complete pm on me. Changed all my filters which was all fairly new. The last three times they have had my truck for two weeks,you have to call them to try and get an answer they say they will call you right back and dont called to find out where truck was at at noon and the person answering wasnt sure and would call me right back. I had to call back the next at 5pm to get answer still no answer and he would call me back in the morning to give me an answer, well that was two days ago. Heading into two weeks again. Definitely last time going there. I am gonna spend my money some place else.

I happily travel hundreds of miles, spend thousands of dollars at this dealership. I believe in preventive maintenance. Best money I’ve spent in my 37 years of owning a truck, have never been towed since I found this shop. With the support of these hard working, knowledgeable and efficient technicians, parts and service personnel, I am able to deliver for my customers. Thanks to them I get a paycheck, because no delivery… no paycheck.

Wow, can’t be the same place I’ve had to go to for service, I don’t own the truck, fortunately, but these guys have been “working” on an apparent emissions problem for almost 10 months I think, every couple months it’s the same thing back to NE Kenworth for days I get a story about a sensor problem or a piece of carbon on a sensor near the EGR valve, then sure enough 2 months or so later you get the “soot level high” stop for manual regen to avoid de-rate. I would be surprised if these guys could fix anything, I only wish I had some of the luck that other people describe !

Very disappointed. We have had nothing but issues and seemingly nonstop repairs since we brought our truck in for PM and minor service. The service advisor had horrible communication and lied about things that were simply forgotten. Due to the lack of integrity, it is hard to have trust in the services that were provided and even more so in what they were recommending. We ultimately removed the truck and brought it to a different location.
