I would highly recommend Tire Warehouse. They were very nice. They fit me in For an appointment at last minute, they kept me updated of what was going on with my vehicle how much it was. They were very accommodating all around. I also received New England Tire bucks For being a customer and that they valued me, I have never seen anyone ever do that I would highly recommend them to anybody for any work on their car

Care New England in Warwick is the best vehicle repair shop that I have ever visited. Their staff is super friendly. They communicate clearly, provide detailed estimates, complete work accurately and on time, stand by their work with warranties, and go the extra mile to solve a problem fostering long-term trust and loyalty. Their manager, Mike, goes far and beyond the expectations to make sure that you are satisfied with their work. They treat you like family. I would highly recommend anyone to trust them with their vehicles.

I got the dreaded low tire pressure warning on my dash while I was in walwork visiting a friend. I was torn between chalking it up to the newer TPMS sensors alerting when one tire goes one pound below established pressure so I could dare to ignore it and pulling into this establishment to see if they could check my tires. The friendly service writer greeted me, told me where to pull my car up and proceeded to check and fill all four tires. When I asked him how much I owed, he smiled and told me "air is free." I thank them for allowing this little old lady to hit the highway with no worries. 🥰

They quoted me $300 to remove and replace a set of 4 wheels and tires. I already owned the second set of mounted wheels and tires and brought them to the shop to get swapped. Sounded expensive but I needed it done and didn’t have the time to do it myself. Called ahead and told them several times I had a stuck valve stem on one of the tires. Was repeatedly informed by their staff that this would be addressed and “they have a tool for that”. They pushed the job till the very end of the day. When I went to pick up the wheel they said it was taken care of. Turns out they lied and it was still stuck on. No way of measuring the psi or inflating the tire with a frozen valve stem. Took my car to another shop and they replaced the stem for cheap. 5 stars for taking the job on short notice. 1 star f
