I had an amazing experience at New Life Auto here in town! The team did a fantastic job working on my car and really took the time to explain everything that was going on. They broke down the issues in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the repairs before moving forward.

One of those moments no one wishes for happened to me. I contacted New Life and they fit me in right away. My Jeep wasn't running correctly and they diagnosed and repaired it right away. My car was ready even before the promised time. I had a great experience and am extremely happy with their work.I am excited to feel confident in my car again. Thanks New Life!

New Life is by far the best shop experience I’ve had. Walking in it’s clean, and very friendly. I was recommended by a friend to go here and I don’t regret a thing. I hit a curb and caused a crazy misalignment on my car and was told by several shops it wasn’t fixable. I brought it to new life, and their alignment guy Michel got me all fixed and good to go! I couldn’t recommend this shop more!

I was in Franklin, NC for an appointment and starting having issues driving there from my home in Murphy, NC. I had to go to my appointment on time so by the time I was done it was precisely 4 minutes before 5pm. With that being said, I had no idea where to even go, let alone get there before they closed. I noticed New LIFE Automotive as I was driving and pulled in. I felt so bad walking in 1 minute before close but I was so scared about driving over a mountain with ZERO phone reception. The gentleman up near the door acknowledged they were closing. I told him how my car was acting and if there was anywhere in town to go. He let me know I'd have to wait until the next day to get it checked. So I thanked him and walked out to my car having no clue how I'd get home to my dogs. That's when an

Courteous, friendly, respectful and very helpful! On another occasion my low tire indicator light came on so I stopped by there to get them to check it for me. A young man took my car, all four tires needed air so he added some and they wouldn’t let me pay them anything. Really Good people!!!👍😊
