New Panco Garage - Auto Repair and Auto Body

So One day, my car shut off, and I had to get help off the road. I came into new Panco garage shop in immediately got assistance from one of the mechanics. He helped me get my car off the road safely and also gave me advice on what can be wrong with my vehicle. I return my car to their shop receive great input on what my car needed they gave me good service great advice and also communication and speed. Pricing wasn’t bad. Did not hurt my pockets. I definitely will recommend you taking your car to that shop. Joe in the workers were great.

Bought the Groupon for the state inspection and was told that there was a $30 sticker fee on top of the $40 coupon price. The PA website says that the sticker fee is $12. Can't imagine what else this mechanic is lying about if he went to all that trouble for $18. I'm reporting him to Groupon. Dishonest. Response: I'm not mad about the $70 final price. I'm mad that you listed it on Groupon for $40, then mark it up to a full price of $70. Not only that, you lie about what the $30 upcharge is for (claiming that's the sticker fee). Take down the Groupon and don't trick customers or lie to honest people.

Great service from the time I made my appointment like a month ago until I was driving off the property. Very professional, quick servicing with my car. I got my emission stickers & my oil changed at a reasonable price and he was even nice enough to inform me about my license plate light needs to be fixed but I will go back for that later. This is my new shop for all my car needs.
