Spencer was helpful and a just a really good guy. The cars are clean and they were willing to hold vehicles if we were interested. Well worth a look if you need a used vehicle.

Bought an SUV as a first car for our child that looked good & drove good, went to pass emissions and it failed and now have spent over 3000 to fix the car, and it still won’t pass.. avoid this place unless you want to put double the money in repairs. There is no way they did a mechanical check on this vehicle before selling it with the amount of issues found when taking it to the repair place. We learned our lesson and will always take a used vehicle in for inspection before buying. We have had this car for 5 months with about 3 weeks of that time in the shop. I can’t even sell it for what was put into it. So frustrating. *update* we did not bring this back for repair to the dealer, so the response from the owner is not correct.

Had to replace a vehicle quickly, found what we wanted and went over to purchase. According to the Salesman and the Carfax, there was 1 minor accident. Made purchase, attempted to get price dropped a little, was told price was already dropped, what we saw was internet pricing and that was the lowest they would go. Salesman cut the window tint while attempting to get off sales sticker, and oh yeah, the minor no damage accident somehow took the windshield washer motor out of the front, like it's not there, and put in a new headlight assembly. All of these things are things we missed, so our fault. if you have taken the time to read this, take the time to find another spot to buy a vehicle as NTU will take advantage where they can.
