Several months ago the dealership I bought my car from informed me of a long list of services that my car needed. I ended up taking that list here and giving it to Rafael who cut that list into a quarter of what the dealership was going to make me pay for. He takes videos and pictures to help me understand what work needs to be done, and gives me a price break down. As a woman dealing with car issues on my own, I feel like I can trust NVA. Everyone I’ve encountered there has been professional and helpful.
