Got stuck in a bad spot and Ryan came and winched me out in under an hour. Super polite and understanding, wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Ryan was a lifesaver! I locked my keys in my car and waited for 2 hours for another company to come and open the car up. When no one showed I called NEWPORT TOWING. She told me that Ryan could be there in 10-15 mins and would be in touch soon. He called me shortly thereafter to say he was en route and would be there in approx. 5 mins. He had the car opened in no time and had us back on the road! Thank you Newport Towing!

Was broke down and called for a tow, they were very quick! Did an excellent job my vehicle arrived home safely. Zach was very professional and courteous! Thank you so much

My wife got to the Dr's office for our son. Noticed a leaking tire. Called AAA. Info was relayed to Newport towing. They sent out their highly trained technician with their specialized vehicle. This technician failed to facilitate the swapping the spare for the leaking tire. Apparently he was not familiar with a 2011 tahoe and where the factory installed the jack, tire iron and, other extentions provided with the vehicle. I verified they're still in their factory positions. The cherry on top is the access cover I sought on ebay, delivered for $12 is now missing. I assume he set it down and forgot. Professionalism at its finest. So my wife cam out from the Dr appointment with our son to find she was still at square 1 AND had her access cover stolen. So at the end of the day Newport towing
