My car sat for months at other shops trying to figure out how to fix it with no success. I had almost lost hope and was at the point where I considered scraping my car that I had put so much work into. I was given a referral from a friend so I figured I'd give it a shot. Sure enough Don had my car fixed for a fraction of the price and much quicker than I could have ever imagined. Robbed my dad of almost $3000 claiming he fixed my truck. I had just bought it that day. Needed minor stuff like fluid change, etc.The truck broke winin a day. Daddy still paid yhe $2400, a week later it was almost $500, had to be towed and has been parked since. Will be suing civilly and filing tort. My dad and I fought over stuff like this here in Newport, they're crooks and now he's gone, worked years to get him here, $20k lighter because of low life "professionals" here like Don Butler!!! Save your money, go to a reputable shop that's bonded!!!

I highly recommend this business and have nothing but GREAT things to say about the men behind the work. Our motorhome was making an awful noise (a sparkplug blew) and we were just a mile away from a part shop where my husband was going to try and buy parts to fix it - Don and his son passed us and heard the noise coming from our motorhome. They could have easily kept driving but they saw where we turned and came back to fix it FOR US! He replaced the blown out spark plug and helicoiled new threads in the parking lot. Great guy, great service - just an overall amazing company.

Charged me over 700 for my lifted trucks speed sensor got my truck back not running . Had to be towed. You all have been warned. This guy knows nothing about lifted trucks .
