Perfection Tire and Auto Repair

Everyone here was amazing. As a woman I do get a bit intimidated about car repairs. It was so refreshing to not be pressured into unnecessary repairs. They were affordable and took the time to explain what was needed for the repair and why, along with showing me the issues first hand. I felt very confident in their mechanic and front desk guys. I’m very thankful as a mom to have a safe vehicle and will definitely be coming back!

Picked up a large screw in a rear tire and a few hours later, lost significant air. Happen to be passing the Perfection in Newport and stopped in since I still had a good distance to get home. They were about to close but a tech just walked in the while I was asking about a patch at the counter and said to just pull up in front of the air hose outside the office. Within 15 minutes I was on my way! Many thanks for the great customer service! I’ll be sure to take more business there!

I called these guys in need of alignment on my truck that the front end had just been rebuilt. They worked with me , cuz I had to cancel and reschedule after parts didn’t come in For the rebuild. I definitely will start purchasing tires from these guys. I would use them as a mechanic, but I actually have my own mechanic that I’ve used for 30 some years. Great experience

Whenever I need something done to my car they get me in quick and the service is fantastic. They fix the problems and check out the car for any other problem. I always leave there very, very satisfied. The staff is just awesome. They take the time to explain everything..

Very grateful for all the work this shop has done for us. The people are super great, always friendly. JJ has gone above and beyond with helping us purchase tires at a great deal and getting repairs done over the years. Best tires we've had, especially driving on snow.
