Customer Reviews
Newton Presbyterian Manor, offers a warm and welcoming environment for residents, with attentive and compassionate staff. The facility is well-maintained, and the amenities provided contribute to a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Overall, it's a reliable choice for quality care in the community.
Mom was well cared for, having people to look after her who really cared for her. From the administration on down, the people of Newton Presbyterian Manor showed her love and compassion. The nurses and other health care professionals know their business, and we had an overall positive experience trusting Mom to their care.
My parents are residents at Presbyterian Manor. The choice of this facility has allowed them the freedom to enjoy their daily lives, and the grace to live their days with dignity. Our family feels confident about the safety and comfort of the facility, but we are most impressed with the genuine care and concern shown by the staff for our parents. Dr. Michael Zacharisen
My mom moved to Independent Living at PM five years ago. It was a difficult time being in the midst of Covid. PM was exactly what mom needed. A place to live independently among a loving, caring community of residents and staff. Recently, with the help of Krista and Jeanne in the nursing dept. and Estaban, mom made a gentle move to Assisted Living to provide her with the next level of care provided with care and compassion. We feel truly blessed knowing mom is around a community of staff and residents she loves. She is happy and that makes us happy.
Presbyterian Manor Newton has been a solid choice for the us as we transitioned a family member from home to Manor recently. The transition was smooth from the start with Esteban’s assistance. Our family member resides in the Memory Care Hall since 11/2024 and is comfortable and seems to have adjusted (better than anticipated) to their new community living arrangements with morning exercises, inter-generational activities with the downstairs pre-school and a full calendar of in house events. Glad we made the choice to PMNewton for our family’s needs.
