Called to have some new tires put on wheels I had picked up recently. They got me in 20 minutes after I called and had the new wheels and tires on my car in about an hour. Their pricing for this service was also better than other shops I had called earlier. Not a single scratch on the wheels from mounting new tires. All the employees were prompt and courteous, no standing around waiting to be helped.

While traveling with a horse trailer and three horses, we sheared the lug nuts off of our trailer. Newton Tire and Auto did everything possible to get the parts we needed to get us back on the road. It was late in the day and not all parts were available so we needed to find a place to overnight with the horses. Jamie and the rest of the staff helped locate a safe place for the horses and us for the night. The technician had to work out in below zero temps to get us fixed. Roger and the guys at Newton Tire and Auto saved our parade float! On very short notice, I called them because my fuel pump was leaking and our parade was the very next day. Roger sent a mechanic out to me at my location to make the repair. Then, the next day when I was airing up the tire, the stem broke! This be was only a few hours before we had to line up for the parade! I called Roger and he didn't think twice about it, he said bring it in and we'll get you going. They got it fixed in less than an hour, just in time for us to be in the parade! They really bent over backwards to help us out, customer service like that, is hard to come by these days! They were able to help me get a cracked aluminum rim fixed for under 100 dollars.they were professional.

Dropped off my vehicle Saturday night after getting a flat, then today, on Monday, I called them around 10 AM, they got me an exact (and not too steep!) Price on two tires, plus labor and got it all done within a few hours! No complaints here, and I'd definitely recommend other folks take their vehicles here
