Okay so I have had them build custom Camaro headlights, had an issue just outside of warranty . They had me ship them bbq k rebuild and resent them to me. Free of charge. They are amazing I have also bought the color shift glow tie replacing the original glow tie white I had bought from them. They always are upfront and good to get ahold of. I ordered a c8 z06 high wing spoiler in received 8 Camaro spoiler. That was supposed to go to someone else. I emailed the company and very quickly received a response with the tag. To forward it to the correct customer, it. Required me to take a few hours of time off from work to drop it off. I've been trying to contact them. For the last couple of weeks, about my order and have got no emails back and I'm unable to get through on the phone at this point. I would just like a refund if they're still in business. I purchased a bowtie for my camaro, i received and installed the bowtie but i cannot control the light sequence, I contacted Nextgen and left messages and no one returned my call. All the recorded messages are old and from thanksgiving and christmas. It's almost February. They brag how the have real customer support from the USA, but they do not do anything or respond. I all i need is just information on what app to use to control the lights. Now Im forced to start a dispute with paypal. This is a waste of time for everybody because of no technical support. Update! I was able to speak to Valentino and he provided the needed information, the product now works perfect and I can controll it. Easily one of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had! I ordered the RGB Flow Series headlights with demon eyes for my Charger Redeye from Next-Gen Speed. Ordering was simple, shipping was fast, and everything looked perfect out of the box. When I went to install them, I accidentally connected the demon eyes to the wrong power source. I didn’t realize what I’d done at first, just that something wasn’t working right. I called and messaged Next-Gen Speed, and they got back to me fast. I have been shopping for a custom steering wheel since 2024, and 2 months ago I decided to purchased a custom carbon fiber steering wheel for my 2023 Shelby Mustang Super Snake. On several occasions I had concerns about the color, style and look but decided to continue with the order. I was contacted by NextGen with a couple of questions confirming my order.
