First visit here and I will definitely be back! I stumbled upon Next Level Automotive while conducting a Google search. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and the waiting area was welcoming and super clean! I was given an honest and thorough estimate on my vehicle. If you’re looking for any work to be done on your vehicle, definitely come here and give them a shot.

Great shop with awesome customer service. Got a pre purchase inspection done here and they did a thorough job, send full report with photos & all. Saved me from buying a not so great truck.

I took my Honda to Next Level on a Thursday for oil change and inspection prior to an extended out of town trip. During the inspection it was noted that a tie rod needed to be replaced. Knowing that I would be leaving before Monday I was scheduled to come in the next day for the work to be done. Their schedule was full on that day but Eric came in early to get the necessary work done so that I could be assured of a safe trip. This is an example of the kind of caring business Next Level Automotive is and why I continue to bring in my vehicle for continued maintenance.

Visited based on good reviews for small, local shop and could not have been happier with everything and everyone! Went for a thorough inspection of a neglected, higher-mileage car and got so much detail and thoughtful explanations without any condescension and no hard sell. Will definitely be using them for future repairs.

All I can say is that it was a wonderful experience dealing with NEXT LEVEL, Everyone was very kind and polite and knowledgeable. I have already passed on my dealings with a friend who plans to visit them very soon. I will be recommending them to anybody and everybody that will listen. They also have a mascot dog who will greet u at the door, (unfortunately I forget his name) but I won't forget meeting him lol.
