I took my wife’s car to this location to have her brakes repaired due to heavy shaking that occurs when pressing the brakes when traveling at a high speed. I spoke with Joel who is the owner of this shop and explained to him what we were experiencing when driving my wife’s car and I knew we needed brakes pads and rotors for the front brakes. Based on the info I provided to Joel he was able to break down in more detail why the shaking was occurring and advised he could take care if it by adding some ceramic brake pads. Although adding ceramic brake pads is a slightly higher cost it is possible we may not have to replace front brakes on my wife’s car for about 10 years especially working from home. Our Quote was accurate on a 2008 Ford Edge Limited V6 FWD with a Severe Oil Leak from the Rear Valve Cover Gasket. The Repair was also timely completed as Quoted. Joel took his time to communicate over the phone prior to our decision to have the Repair done with them. This place has saved me bookoo bucks. Let me start by saying I went to other shops first and couldn't be seen for days. Decided to try PepBoys and get pricing for O2 sensors. Went to the two nearby shops and they had drastically different prices ranging from $700 to upwards of $1400 for two sensors. Well did some research and found this shop. I regret coming to this place of business! So this Wednesday, I scheduled an appointment for 2/27/26 at 8 am for a car inspection. First, I received a text message on Thursday saying I was scheduled for 2/27/26 at 12pm. Then seconds later, I receive a text message for the correct appointment time which was 2/27/26 at 8am. No big deal because at least the appointment time was fixed, right? Wrong! I get here this morning at 7:45 am because I didn’t want to be late for the 8 am appointment, only for 8:06 am to arrive and still no one has showed up.
