Next Level Tuning

I dropped off my TT to Josh at Next Level Tuning for an APR software update and was sincerely impressed. He took the time to understand my concerns and addressed each one confidently and delivered outstanding results. He outlined the process and kept me informed as he went along answering each e-mail and message. Next Level Tuning is a TRUE VW & Audi specialist shop; they KNOW the vehicles and what actually fits and WORKS! I cannot say enough about this shop they have earned my return business. I will certainly be back for my servicing maintenance and future repairs.

I asked Josh if he could put a rear diffuser on my car for me he said send him a picture to his email to see what he was dealing with and said he would look at it yet he never even opened the email I sent.not to friendly either.

I had a truly amazing experience at Next Level Tuning. Josh is very knowledgeable and he was very personable as well. I took my Audi a3 there to get stage 1 tuned and Josh got right to work. I was in and out and throughout the process he was giving me information and advice on services that were upcoming and little odds and ends things that make a difference. Overall I truly appreciated all of Josh’s knowledge and I would go there a thousand times more.

Took my 05 Golf to Next Level Tuning and Josh looked over it very thoroughly and informed me with pictures everything that was going on with my car. He gave me an estimated quote on how much it would be and it was just around there. You can tell he cares about YOUR safety and will express concerns. He showed me pictures of all the extra things he found when working on my car. I appreciate the hard work and dedication to making sure my car was safe and reliable for me. Trust worthy mechanic and Definitely 100% going to be back whenever i need anything else. Highly recommend!

Josh knows Audis. Extremely thorough and explains every step of process. Provides pictures of repairs, old parts and new parts installed and explains every step. Most knowledgeable Audi mechanic I’ve dealt with.
