I consistently choose the Lexington Park (LP), MD location for my rentals due to the convenience. Although I may have difficulties getting someone in customer service at times, I am always impressed by the outstanding service. The LP manager and his team exhibit remarkable support, professionalism, kindness, and courtesy, making the rental experience enjoyable. Each time I arrive, my vehicle is impeccably prepared and waiting for me, ready to hit the road. Ive used nextcar in Lexington Park several times. The prices have been reasonable. Their business hours are convenient. Nextcar always haa always had a car available and the service has been great. Renting a car with them is a quick andveasy process. Usually no more 5hwn 15 min when u have a reservation. The car is brought right to the door foe you to begin your rentwl. I have no issues and recommend them to anyone!

We've been renting from Next Car, Lexington Park for about three years. Customer service always phenomenal, vehicles cleaned and fully gas up. We've always had an excellent experience.

I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive after a few locals warned me about renting from the Lexington Park branch of NextCar. Both recounted tales of dirty, poorly maintained vehicles. So, I was relieved when I arrived and was handed what appeared to be an almost-new car. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived. I drove straight to Connecticut (mostly highway—easy drive) and parked the car in my daughter’s driveway around 5 PM. I locked it up and didn’t touch it again until the next morning—when it wouldn’t start. After an hour of being bounced around by NextCar’s customer service, they finally agreed to send roadside assistance, which arrived two hours later. The technician jump-started the car and confirmed that it was probably a defective battery, not user error. He suggested I contac
