I am a longtime customer at the Georgia Avenue location and I must say every time that I have had to do business with them has been amazing. I’ve never had an issue. Yemi and the younger guy can’t remember his name, always smiling and engaging in conversation. I always look forward to seeing them. Imalways in and out without any complications. They are wonderful people. The same employees have been there forever , it was sad to hear that they could possibly be relocating or closing. I really hope that this location can stay where it is, such a convenient spot and the employees can continue to provide the great customer service that they have provided over the last few years !

Excellent experience. Very friendly and honest staff. They don't try to up sell all types of stuff you don't need. Everything is exactly as advertised. Which helps with the stress of travel. The building is in a convenient and safe area and the cars are seriously amazing. My car was nice and clean and had fantastic gas mileage around 43MPG. I wish I owned the car they gave me. lol.

Because on On Saturday, I got treated Like I was family I called Next car Rental and they told me to come on in and they will put me in the car today. I like these customer service. It was very friendly and knowledge about the whole situation. I will recommend my friends and family come there when they need a car.
