Wheaton Body Shop did an amazing job on my car. They were the most cost-efficient and the most friendly of all the places I considered. To begin with, their shop is well-lit and minimal, which mattered to me more than I realized. I had visited another body shop that felt dark and dreary; and when you’re already feeling a bit down about needing car repairs, that atmosphere only adds to the heaviness. Wheaton Body Shop felt the opposite: calm, clean, and welcoming. Their customer service is truly unmatched. When I dropped off my car, they were willing to take me to Enterprise so I wouldn’t be late for work, since the Enterprise representative was running a bit behind. Wheaton Body Shop has been such a pleasure to work with - their employees are both kind and competent. A tree fell on our car in our driveway, leaving it drivable but needing repair. We have an infant and every one of Wheaton Body Shop employees were patient with us from scheduling to drop off. On morning of drop off I scheduled a rental car to pick me up but they weren’t yet there and Peter took the time to drive me and my infant over to the rental car shop and even carried my coffee for me because I didn’t have enough hands. I can’t recommend this body shop enough. They have a customer for life in me and my family!

I was referred by Enterprise and saw high praise in online reviews. Klara was courteous in arranging my visit and Peter was professional and friendly when I brought in my Nissan Versa damaged by a side-swipe on the road. I was told it would be a week but delighted when I was called days sooner that the job was done. The work looks perfect! I couldn't be more pleased with Wheaton Body Shop.
