They are all great to work with, Tom is absolutely amazing, he knows his costumers by name and he treats you like family. Everyone who works there are eager to help in anyway. I have had nothing but great experience with them. They will tell you how it is, and what you need and don't need, they will not try to sell you anything that is not absolutely necessary. Fair and very reasonable price.

Been going here for over a year now. Always a nice experience (for me and my wallet). They welcomed in my weird looking VW (Audi) with open arms. Even did some botched re-work with electrical tape from a different shop on the house. Tom at the front is a knowledgeable guy and has a dry humor that might throw some off, but he means well nonetheless. Convenient location near the metro, which has it's obvious perks for drop offs. If you have a VW (or VW-ish) car, give them a try. Hard finding good shops.
