My first experience was great. They were able to take my car in on the same say. Repaired it by the end of the next day. Kept great communication as the needs of the repair changed. Never felt pressure to fix everything listed. The estimate listed out issues in priority with pictures. I would highly recommend Nick’s.

Nick’s took incredible care of our family vehicle after I punctured the radiator. Since I'm leaving for boot camp in a week, I needed the repair finished promptly for my wife and kids, and they got it done the same day. They kept me updated before, during, and after the work, which really eased the stress of the situation. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and they even discounted the price we originally agreed on. Great experience overall. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing honest, dependable service, and I truly appreciate them.

Reasonably-priced service with a detailed postmortem on your bill, including pictures and write ups about what cost what. My only complaint has been that we've needed to call in for updates for when service will be completed; we'll get near the end of their business hours and have not received a call or text from them and-- when we call in to check on our car's status-- are told it actually won't be ready today because of x or y. I don't mind the delay/am not questioning the reasoning for the delays, I just wish they didn't wait until the 11th hour and 55th minute to let us know. Other than that, a solid recommendation. The guys at Nick's were so awesome and found that the fix for my wipers was a much simpler (and cheaper!) issue than another shop had said. Went from a supposed $600 broken linkage (previous shop's false diagnosis) to less than half that price for tightening some loose bolts and running a full diagnostic on everything else my car might need. Even better, it didn't take more than just a few hours! Great experience altogether!

I'm so glad I found a shop that does their best to find the best economical solutions to my automotive problems. They also keep me in the loop the entire time of what's going on allowing me to make decisions. If you get an oil change at Nick's, your also getting a thorough inspection with a detailed report on potential issues at a great value!
